Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Delays

While we work hard to ensure orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including:

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the courier.

Claims for missing parcels must be submitted within 30 days of the shipping date.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
