Refund & Return Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


14-Day Return Period

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Returns requested after 14 days of delivery may not be accepted.


Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team.

Once approved, you will receive instructions and the return address for the appropriate fulfilment warehouse.

Returns must not be sent without prior authorization.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for:

  • Packaging the item securely

  • Shipping the item to the provided return address

  • Paying the return shipping costs

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items returned after the return window

  • Personalised or customised products


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return procedure.
